Why Cyprus?

In recent years Cyprus has become a popular place for the purchase of holiday houses by foreigners. This increase in demand is attributed to many factors, like the low cost of living and high standards, the attractive climate, safety, and security. With the introduction of Cyprus into the European Union, this a trend that is only set to increase in the near future.

Although relatively small in size and population, Cyprus is richly blessed with over 9,000 years of history and cultural tradition. As the third largest island the Mediterranean it is an ideal starting point for discovering other exotic places such as the Greek Islands, Egypt and the Middle East.  And while a wealth of ancient splendour is kept intact throughout, so too are the many beautiful vistas and seaside resorts.  The colourful landscape and natural environment display everything from lush natural greenery, hilly slopes and sandy beaches which only serve to add to its magnetic charm.
